Hi, I'm Amanda Cheek, founder of Sweet Cheeks Spices. I was born and raised in Florida with a lifelong passion for food and bringing people together around the table.
13 years in the kitchen
Before starting my own business, I spent nearly 13 years working as a chef, where I learned that the right seasoning can completely transform a meal. Over the years, I started creating my own signature spice blends at home for family cookouts, backyard BBQs, and everyday cooking. What began as homemade blends for friends and family quickly became something people kept coming back for.
The leap of faith
In 2020, when the restaurant industry came to a standstill during COVID, I decided to take a leap of faith and start selling my handcrafted seasonings. What began as a small side venture soon grew into Sweet Cheeks Spices, a company built on quality ingredients, savory flavor, and a love for cooking.
What Sweet Cheeks is today
Today, Sweet Cheeks Spices offers small-batch seasoning blends made to bring big flavor to everything from BBQ and grilling to weeknight dinners at home. Every blend is inspired by my belief that good food should be flavorful and made to share.
