Already made the oven-roasted chicken? This is what to do with the leftovers. A few shredded breasts turn into a creamy, smoky chicken salad built on Sweet Cheeks Smokey, with celery for crunch and chives and Serrano for a little garden freshness and heat. Pile it on bread, wrap it up, scoop it onto crackers, or spoon it over greens.
Pro tip from Amanda: I used chives and Serrano because that's what was ready in my garden. Feel free to substitute whatever you have on hand.
